Feeling stuck indoors and on your own?

Do you want to learn how to ride a bike from scratch for FREE?

Perhaps you can already balance on a bike but feel too scared to cycle on the road? Maybe it is many years since you got on a bike and you want to rebuild bike riding confidence? 

Whatever your starting point this FREE bike training is here for you.

Get out the 4 walls of home and learn  in  a small, socially distanced group with supportive bike instructors who will be there to help you every pedal of the way.

We have 40 FREE SPACES

Beginner friendly, supportive bike rider learning and rides in small socially distanced groups.

Sessions taking place on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Sessions run to timings to fit in with school drop off and pick up times. 

Trained friendly staff to help you get on a bike and cycle.

Bikes to lend you on site at The Granville Community Centre. (You do not have to own your own bike to take part.)

You should be able to:

Attend one morning or afternoon session per week.

This is your opportunity get out doors, get fit, meet people and improve your mental health and well being.
