Next Weekend…Sunday July 22nd 10am to 2pm Dr Bike at the Salusbury Road Farmers Market. Supported by Brent Council and TFL we are able to offer basic bike repairs on a donations only basis (suggested minimum £5). We will also have some parts and accessories available for sale*.
If you need your gears tweaked, brakes adjusted, tyres pumped, saddle raised…we can help. Most repairs can be done at the DR Bike or in some cases we may direct you to our Community Bike Shed (for another day) where we have more tools and parts availabilty.
We are also looking for donations of bikes and bike parts and accessories. If you have an unwanted bike knocking around and you think we might be able to find a good home for it bring it along to the market and we’ll get it back to our shed ready to be checked roadworthy. Donating bikes is a great way to maintain the sustainability of our project. Proceeds from the sales of donated cycles enable us to continue to offer our services supporting cycling in the local community. In addition to this we provide access to cycling to low income groups and children.
